More Zero than Hero - Herotel

Herotel has a big problem and the organization needs to address it. It’s internal coverage and mapping system is split between a technician side and a sales side. This results in sales agents selling products and services to customers that cannot be fulfilled by Herotel.Herotel has a serious operations issue that raises all the alarm bells.

The company’s staff also regularly engaged in gaslighting during an almost four month long back and forth trying to get a service that we were assured would be available to us. The internal team dynamics are also toxic, and staff regularly voiced the frustrations they had with other workers in the organization.

Herotel from my personal experience is a mess, and if you can, rather save yourself the potential risk.
