Misleading adverti*****t, hidden costs and poor workmanship from Herotel

On 4 January 2022 Herotel installed a 50Mbps wifi in my home in Aviemore, Sedgefield. The contract stated it would be 50mbps for an amount of R499/month. 3 Year contract and installation fee zero. After installation only the room where it was installed had 50mbps and full signal. The rest of the house had poor to very poor signal and low mbps. I contacted the local office who gave me a help desk number to contact. I contacted the number and the person who I spoke to tried to rectify the problem remotely, which was unsuccessful. I received an account for R434.61 for this service which the local Herotel said it will be reversed. I contacted customer care and the following day a technician, same one who installed the rooter. His advice was that the original router was too weak for this 2 bedroom house and suggested I have a second one installed at a cost of R689, which I don't agree with as the contract states the original router would be sufficient. I received an invoice for R689 which I paid. The amount of R434.61 was added to my monthly debit order. I have sent various emails to Herotel, the last being 2 February 2022 with no response. This is false advertising, hidden costs and poor workmanship from Herotel.
