Mad 😡 Pooooooor support HEROTEL

Very poor customer support phoned in the morning about a issue that my line was off from yesterday 10pm and this morning the customer support answered after whole 30min i waited on the line only to tel me that he will escalate the problem, i waited til 9pm at night phoned support again only to wait again 30min on the line to be told o eish sorry its i wire problem, this will need to be escalated in the morning, and that i will need to wait in the queue again for possible solution. HEROTEL is worse than TELKOM these days. Come take out your **** and your two poles out of my yard. Or ill cut them out
