Loadshedding is not an excuse, your service are!

After Breedenet switched to Herotel, what a disappointment!! We have been without wifi for more than 2 weeks now, couldn't get through to anyone for help and after finally reaching someone and logged a call and telling them to please bring a new router because we suspect our router is faulty, they showed up two days later without a router just to tell us "our router is faulty" and left! We got a new router but our wifi is still sooo poor. If this was Breedenet they would've came out the exact same day with a router without any issues. Please note that this is not thee only bad experience - we have Herotel service at my workplace too and after we logged a call, its been a week and nothing! Our wifi goes on for 5 minutes and then off for 5 minutes. We are very disapointed and will defnitely not recommend their services! Herotel needs to step up or will lose a lot of clients very soon!!! Ps. Loadshedding is not an excuse, your service are!
