Livid Herotel Customer

Herotel should actually be called Zerotel due to the complete lack of any kind pf service whatsoever. I've had no internet access since yesterday 16h00. I contacted technical support in Port Elizabeth and no other calls was received from Port Alfred. They can't assist me with help right now! What a surprise... They are quick to disconnect when a payment is late but when they have to reconnect or fix a fault they have 10 000 excuses.
