Lies upon Lies they will promise

Ever since we moved in at Urbika Lifestyle Estate we were promised lies after lies with their poor fiber lines, you call them and they will tell you they want to investigate and they don't do follow ups to call you back as they have promised for two weeks in December the connection was off and when I called after they billed us full and amount they are still investigating even to this day, I regretting even calling them to install that route because it's forever off not working properly but yet we pay for it at the end of the month.
