Komani Herotel is the worst

Herotel is absolutely pathetic. Constant problems with my internet being down. They have the monopoly in Komani and by the looks of things apparently milking it. Have reported it, emailed them about it and yet the problem doesn't go away... They do a quick fix only for the connection to go down a few days later. They always have an excuse for why the internet is down... Emergency maintenance get's done 1 day and then surprise there is an outage days later... Wouldn't recommend if you have to use wireless as they treat you as a low priority customer...
