JUST WAKE UP!

I am trying for the past 5 months to cancel the service. Every time they send me statement and when I quiry it they did not received the cancellation letter. How is it possible that you never receive the cancellation letter? Its a nice way of making money and that is why you are doing it.

The service has been canceled get it into your head and accept it and do not contact me again! You can see by the line usage that the line is no longer in use as no date are being used. Strange that you will not phone and ask why we dont use data whats wrong. Rather will you play the game of not receiving the cancellation letter.
