It's Horotel not Herotel.

Why is this company called Herotel? Horotel is so much more apt. Their service to my area went down around about the middle of December 2022. I have an 8 meg line with them and for the last 3 weeks they have been giving me on average a 2 meg line. However even though they are aware of this they still insist on charging me for an 8 meg line. They are happy to charge me for a service they haven't provided. I understand that a little leeway is expected. An hour here a morning there but 3 straight weeks of poor service is unacceptable. Today their customer service (joke right) guy Quinton told me that they need another week to fix the problem. That will make it an entire month of not providing what they have been paid for. Well done, Horotel.
