ISP? Nah

Good evening dear herotel robot,

I have a question surrounding your companies supposed title as ISP, if you didn't know that stand for Internet Service Provider, seeing as you do not provide internet I would like to ask where exactly you get the nerve to call yourselves an ISP?

For the past week after 10pm that's 22:00 on a digital clock the kind of clock I'm certain mojority of your staff uses since reading time must be a hassle when one can't be bothered to do one's job or deliver one's service again remember you're an ISP.. I digress... For the past week after 22:00 I have 0 internet red lights flickering in my home like I've opened a brothel or some other kind of unsavory business. Calls have been logged and closed as infrastructure issues or oh no we see many complaints of this issue in your area yet the issue persists, feel free to Google any big words I've just used but please make sure to use mobile data as I have to use mobile data since your ISP isn't ISPing ☺️,

I guess the reason for this rant is because I'm fairly sick of paying R600+ a month so that I might have the hope of being able to use the service I pay for. I have a dream and it isn't an undreamable dream it's a possible dream where you get payed and I get the service that I payed for this is the basics of any business, again Google if you are uncertain.

All I'm asking is if I pay for a service you deliver said service I'm sure all employees who work for herotel receive salaries? Yes? I do hope so if not that's against the law much like it's against the law to boldly offer a service get paid for it on time every single month without fail and not to deliver said service.
