Irregular billing

I was invoiced R595,58 for the end of February yet I was debited R1094,58 instead. When I queried this, I was told it’s advance billing for March. This is something I was never informed about prior to the debate order.

When I want to cancel, I’m now told R1500 early cancellation fees will be charged. This too, was never communicated to me.

Since taking up Herotel, I have been getting surprises one after another.
