Internet problem but no help

The internet is constantly going on and off, and is slow, but you’re still expected to pay the full amount, that’s definitely not fair. You’re paying for a service you’re not consistently receiving. And always a story we are working on the problem”(there is an outage in the area and it was logged with the techs They will send out communications soon for the time of repair)”. And all in Klerksdorp, Stilfontein Orkney area struggle with the same issue. But the service had gone up for monthly subscription!!!!!!! Why?????? For what?????
