I had a 2 year contract with them and decided to take it month to month. Now for instance I used to pay on the 1st while having the contract. Now after the 2 years I've decided to go month to month. When I pay on the 27th of a month the are supposed to run to the 27th of the next month but they cut my service their excuse are that they run from the 1st. Even if I pay on any date prior to the end of the month. They still stopped my service.
