Internet Connection Issue

We had wifi installed at our household on Friday and everyhing was fine, Saturday morning we noticed that there was no internet connection. We called the guys who installed to come and assist but they only came on Monday.

On Tuesday again we experienced the same internet connection problem, we tried calling with no luck of getting assistance.. everytime we call its either the line is busy or it gets cut off..

This morning, which is Thursday i called the office hoping to get help, i was told they’ll find someone to go check the problem and get back to me but they haven’t given me any feedback. I triedcalling again but they keep cutting the call.

Herotel East London is disappointing, this kind of service is not acceptable.
