Internet connection

Hi have relocated from one house in Lydenburg to another house in Lydenburg and i have tried to upgrade my line and they told me that i may not upgrade. Everyday i struggle with my internet connection, now we have internet and then all of a sudden there is no connection. I feel like cancelling the contract and move to someone who will be able to assist me
