Incompetence of Herotel

If you want peace of mind, never ever ever take up Herotel as your internet provider. They are the biggest *****sters u have ever come across. Their service is appalling and very very poor. We took a service with them last year. We gave them our debit order details. They never deducted anything since the inception of their service for 3 consecutive months and we would resort to paying via EFT. They claimed they didnt they get any money into the account, but when we consukted the bank, the bank confiened that there was no debit order that bounce. They than moved our payment date to the 10th since we pay via EFT. This today we recieve an sms from them statting we have an overdue amount, yet we did pay them. Their incompetence is really frustrating. They never check their emails and they **** up everything. Next month is my last month with them i am going to cancel their service. The must come get their infrastructure. I never ever want to see them again.
