Im a active member of Herotel for nearly 3year i payed them 1000rand for installation fees 3weeks ago i payed them 500rand for relocation on Monday there technical team came to my home to get signal they told me wife that they don't get signal and that i must get myself a other provider so they took all the equipment they told me wife that they are going to refund my this morning there accounts department told me that they are not going to refund me what must I do
