I app**** for WiFi at herotel and paid the R199.00 on the 5th of April 2025. I was told by the agent that it will be installed within 7 working days. Till this day it hasn't been installed and I don't even get feedback if they have a problem or not. I have 2 grade 12 learners that need the internet. I cancelled rain because of network and took herotel because I was told I will get the service I will be paying for from them. I'm so disappointed and frustrated because my kids have to use our neighbors WiFi.
