How does Herotel even stay in business?

I've been trying to get Herotel service since August 2024. I have filled in all the required paperwork and cannot get anyone to even contact me about installation. I've tried calling several times and either get fobbed off being told I will be contacted but never hear back or my calls are not answered when I phone. Would love to understand how your business model works. Do Herotel owners know about this disgraceful (pre) customer care?
