Horrific experience

We are on a farm. We used to have a subscription with “Border Internet” which was absolutely stunning service for rural area. Then Border internet got sold off to Herotel and it’s been an absolute nightmare ever since. My wife is working from home and depends on reliable stable, fast internet to do her job. That is why we pay the extra amount so that we can get the premium service. However, we are only getting the absolute **** service from this farce of an internet service provider. Please bring back our Border internet!!!!
