Horrible wifi service

I paid my wifi on Tuesday but my service wasn't reconnected since the 5th May 2026, I called herotel several times since up to today all I got was a technician will be dispensedfrom pretoria to my area which is in tembisa but nothing has happened. I am sitting here with no wifi but I have paid for it, I have used up money to buy airtime so I can call them but I am not getting any assistance. Honestly I wouldn't recommend Tshwane herotel to anyone ever.
