Horrible, useless people & service😩

I regret ever installing their stupid fibre. My router has been off for over 5 days now. I have been calling, getting sent from pillar to post. The owner of this company has no leadership qualities and it shows with his/er staff. The stupid technician hang up calls, u go on WhatsApp and they tell u “please hold while I check” then close the chat. I have first hand experience, Gugu is the culprit. Their customer service is extremely poor and I’m now questioning their legitimacy. This cannot b how a business is conducted! Going through the reviews, u can tell the company is unbothered & don’t take accountability because no one has the decency to address our concerns. This goes to show what we’ve signed up for. This useless company must be banned, it is ripping us off!!
