Horrible support

Received great service up until the point I started to pay them. Now they do not provide support no matter how many times I've called them. Today was probably the 6th+ time I've called about the same problem. They always say they will call me back or have a look. Yet here I am a month later still having to call about the same issue. Horrible support.
