Horrible service.

Worst experience dealing with this company. They installed the fiber was working and then stopped working. Called them in the morning at 7.30 guy said it will be updated and sorted by 9.30. Got home at 7pm still not working phoned phoned spoke to a very *********** lady Cassandra who said the issue will be escalated and was never escalated by her. Waited the entire day phoned at 4pm and the to be told she didn't do her job. I requested to speak to a manager and no manager wants to take the call or return the call. Sad to deal with businesses like this.
