Horrible service and horrible network

I didn’t believe people when they kept complaining about the horrible service and network issues they faced with Herotel until My family made the switch and started experiencing the same issues . The staff in the Giyani branch are horrible, rude and unprofessional. We haven’t had working network for the past 48 hrs (***), some devices don’t connect to the router, even after we’ve tried so many times to ask them to have a technician come out and fix the problem. I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy
