Horrible customer service

I paid R 199 February 2025 for my installation when I call they are telling me to be patient I really don’t understand what patience means to Kgotso in Sebokeng. I need my refund if they are unreliable about the installation that is taking them 3 months to install what about their service s I just don’t trust them horrible customer service
