Horrible customer service!!!!!!

The debit order went off late without giving me any notice. Then a day later I'm told at 14:00pm that the internet will be suspended tonight I must make payment. After making the payment and sending the proof of payment my account was still suspended without even giving me 24 hour notice. Also is the service not from the 1st to the 1st. How do you decide to cut my internet on the 27th. I'm so angry with this company. Do not do business with them they do not care about their customers at all.
