Good afternoon, My Mom came to one of your offices in Ladybrand to enquire and pay for services on the 28-02-2022,she was told that technicians will come on 02-03-2022,of which they did and said they will come the following day as the pole was too far,03-03-2022,she came back again to the office, whereby she was told that,the technicians from Johannesburg don't want to to dig a hole for the pole, whatever that means,now my 70 year old has to go up and down,taken from pillar to post,still no WIFI in the house,the main reason we need WiFi is to keep tabs on her and the kid's, I am not sure exactly what to say about your service,it's **********. her name is Anna Matloha-*** may someone please get on this ASAP
