Herotel’s Service Is Unacceptable

Herotel’s internet service is consistently unreliable. Today my WiFi was down for over 13 hours, and this happens every month without fail. I pay for 75 Mbps, yet I rarely reach even 35 Mbps. Downloading a simple 300 MB file takes far too long.

Despite these ongoing failures, Herotel continues to bill customers in full with no compensation or accountability. This is unfair and unacceptable.
