Herotel's Horrible Services!

Herotel has the worst "customer care" in the history of bad service. I am canceling their fibre immediately and if you are thinking of using Herotel and their services DON'T. You'll just end up frustrated by technicians who lie by saying they will call you to check on if they manage to fix your problem. Then never call. Fixing a problem for 1 day and the following day it's back to hell. It's a pity that Munsieville doesn't have any other fibre options from other networks to choose from, so we have to settle for this clown of a network, that experiences a down time every evening. 1 problem from the same community has been occurring for over a month now, ridiculous is an understatement.
