Herotel's Fibre is useless

We installed Fibre because we thought the connection would be faster and the buffing when streaming would end. Herotel seemed like the best option as per their ads. Since the beginning I have had problems with this company. From installation (not putting the bricks back neatly, hitting a water pipe and not fixing it), to technical (not advising on the best places to put the routers in our house) and practical aspects to CONNECTION. I'm studying from home, but I struggle with internet connection every single day. I can't switch off the plugs every single time the connection is not working because it happens too frequently. How is this better. We had better connection with RAIN. And if I cancel, I have to pay over R1000. I'm paying for something that is NOT WORKING! and customer service is nowhere!
