Herotel’s Continued Failure to Deliver Service, Communicate, or Take Accountability

I am beyond frustrated with the ongoing poor service and complete lack of accountability from Herotel. Despite numerous complaints and a formal written submission (***), nothing has been resolved. The same issues persist — unannounced outages, no communication, and empty promises from management that customers would be informed of service interruptions.

This is not an isolated incident — it has become a pattern of inefficiency and disregard for customers. Each time my internet service goes down, I am forced to chase answers from their support team, only to receive generic, dismissive, or delayed responses. Their so-called “customer care” is anything but caring — it is reactive, unprofessional, and unreliable.

After my formal complaint to ***, all I received was a generic automated reply (***) acknowledging receipt — with no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability days later. This demonstrates a total failure in customer service, communication, and operational responsibility.

Herotel’s management has failed to uphold even the most basic standards of service and transparency. The continued lack of communication during outages and the absence of any proactive updates are unacceptable for a company that markets itself as a reliable service provider.

I am demanding an immediate escalation of this matter to senior management, a clear explanation for the repeated failures, and a formal action plan to ensure that customers are no longer left in the dark — both figuratively and literally — when their service fails.

If this issue is not addressed urgently, I will escalate the matter through consumer protection authorities and telecommunications regulatory bodies to ensure accountability.

It’s time that Herotel is held accountable for the substandard service and disregard for its paying customers.
