Herotel....NOT impressed

I have submitted an application and paid my deposit to have wireless internet connection done to my property on the 3rd of December 2024. I was told that the installation guy will phone me to make an appointment for installation within 3 days. After numerous phone calls, i was told that the installation will take place on Monday the 9th of December 2024 and an installation guy will phone me as soon as he is on his way. At 16H00 i phoned again to find out what is going on since no person has phoned me to tell me they on their way. I then spoke to a sales person by the name of Ciya who told me that i can not speak to a manager regarding my experience and he will pass the message on to the manager who will phone me back regarding my case. It is now 17H00 and no person phoned me back. I tried to call back but they do not answer my calls. I made sure to be at home the whole day for the installation to take place. Unfortunately no installation was done and no person phoned me regarding this. I was told that Herotel Tshwane was the best by a friend of mine. I must admit, i am not impressed.
