Herotell must catch a wake up

Their internet service is good, but the network sometimes goes off for no reason, and when you try get hold of them you have to sit on a call for more then 2 hours to get any assistance, and when you eventually get hold of them , 8 out of 10 time cant fix the problem or blame loadshedding. This is a multi millionaire company surely they make provisions for issues.
