What a terrible company. The customer service is terrible!!! In one instance they tried to call me (phone rang once) and I didnt pick up - they "resolved" the query by saying Im unreachable. Today we have had no connection since 7am this morning and still now at 4:30 we have nothing - apparentky the've sent a technician aince 9am. Im not sure where this blessed techie will be coming fro. But after 7 hours I am sure hes from NASA. We work from home and have had no connection the whole day. These people are worse than Eskom atleast they give you a schedule and only last 2 hours at a time when they loadshedding.
