Herotel - Worst WIFI you can get

Hi, I'm from Hoopstad

I'm using Herotel wifi for longer that a year now and for the last 4 months the quality of the internet is just getting worse and worse

The wifi connection is offline most of the time and every night 20:00 the quality it so bad that we just uses our data because the wifi does not realy work And now its starting to do it during the day also. It feels that the quality of internet gets worse every time

I'm spending more money on data and then I'm still paying for wifi that's offline most of the time

I have tried to contact them throug the WhatsApp they give us to contact them but they immediately sents that they cant get back to me and that I must check in later if there is any updates
