Herotel Worst wifi service provider

Worst wifi, worst service. Wifi faulty had to make several calls and emails to get service. Waited 4 days for service. New rooter installed @ R1500. New rooter suddenly does not give same coverage as old one. Had tp pay for 2 nd rooter. Waited 3 days for installation. Now nothing works. Took new package suggested by sales dept. Continuous loading of wifi especially Sundays. Cannot make wifi calls.Contacting them is fruitless, can sell but no aftersale service. Will ask them to remove all their rooters. Going to try a new company. Worst service, worst loading speed, worst rooters.
