Herotel - worst service provider in SA

Worst service one can think of. Their tower in Fort Beaufort got damaged during a hail storm on 13 December 2021, today, 28 February 2022 still no internet. Phoning them does not help, stays with empty promises. Rating them a 1 star is way to good for the service they provide. Stay away from them.
