Herotel wifi. Poorest Maintenance & service

Worst service ever! Trying to upgrade our wifi which worked perfectly and suddenly we cannot stream certain programmes anymore. Numerous phonecalls and follow ups and begging from our side eventually lead to a technician arriving many DAYS later. Was busy most of the afternoon, could not resolve issue. His promise to return the next day was not kept. Again on the phone to Herotel and same old issues and promises again. Worst service! Miss the days when it belonged to Bronberg! Herotel maintenance is a nightmare on several other occasions!
