Herotel, who doesnt care about customber

Do you know what I really dont like about Herotel, is that whenever you try and get hold of them, they never pick up their phones, and you are always placed on hold.

I had phone Herotel last month to inform then I need to cancel my Wifi, as we are moving, and where I am moving to, they already have wifi, so they tell me I have to fill in a form and then send it back to them. So I did, my debt order went off on Monday, and I try and get hold of them again, I have been on hold for over 30 mintues now, as I am typing this message. As it would be the form I filled out was a relocation form, which apparently is not a cancellation form.

How incompident are these people.

Besides having problems with my line a few months back and acually they oweing me money because of how weak my line was, as I upgraded to a 500mg line and all I got was maybe a 200mg line.

I am so over Herotel and their non sense.

They never respond to any of my emails that i sent them via their website. I am always put on hold, and i get so frustrated I put down and have to do the process over and over again.

I mean its been a month that I have been trying to cancel my Wifi.

Now there is wifi at my old place but not being used because no one stays there. How *********** are these people.
