Herotel Who? Do they exist?

Worst service eber from a company. After installing herotel at my neighbours, virtually no wifi. On off back to back, extremely slow openibg app or media. Whatsapp calls not possible due to cutting off CONSTANTLY. After spending almost a whole day on normal calls and almost a week later no progress. Calls declined, multitude of empty promises, being put on hold and just not to return to call. You cannot complain about the service or Herotel service becasuse there is none. A trained phrase with Herotel staff is So sorry for the bad experience and service but nothing else and certainly no nothing happens. It is now almost anothe week later and zultsh nada sweet blow nothing. Herotel then has the odacity to increase their monthly rate, for what. In Kriel people are all talking about how bad Herotel is. Pathetic apauling dissappointing and then Herotel payment systems are never off when taking your money and oh if you dont pay they know how to stop the littlecriple service they offer. Strongs to the other Herotel clients. ***
