Herotel was once on top but alas not anymore

I have had nothing but bad services from this company the last few months.my WIFI does not cover my whole house anymore, strangely enough When they installed it, it was fine, now all of a sudden I can barely walk 5m away from my router. They always say they fixing the issue when I call but nothing changes, this is........ if I get through to technical support, they have replaced my router twice yet nothing changes, I am so tired of paying for this service that I can only use next to my Router. Herotel was once one of the best service providers but as they say the bigger you get the weaker the quality. how the HERO has fallen.
