Herotel Vryburg Non Existing Service

Unfortunately you don’t have negative ratings as this is what I would have given Herotel Vryburg / Herotel North West. My internet (Wifi) was damaged during a lightning storm and had to be repaired. When the technicians arrived they refused to work until we agree to their quote that is more than a new installation for the repairs. After the repairs was done the technicians informed us that the signal is now better and if we cut down a tree it will be even better as we have 5g internet now. We have a 10 mb/s Wifi internet. As from the day of the installation the download and upload speed failed to reached a 4 mb/s speed. So the next day we cut down the tree. The problem still exist. We contacted their call center who confirms that there is a problem, and that he will call me back. 4 days later still waiting for a response after numerous calls and emails. My phone’s internet on 4g is better than Herotel Wifi internet.
