Herotel - very bad review !!!

Is it possible to give a minus *** % review on this company !!! Shocking service to say the least! No connectivity for days on end and all the say is sorry ! What about the lost work deals , what about the lost school lessons, what about not being in contact due to no connectivity! This is just unacceptable service !!!!!
