Herotel: Unreliable internet service and poor customer support

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have received from Herotel. I would not recommend Herotel to anyone. I have experienced numerous internet outages. The outages have always been at the most inconvenient times, and they have often lasted for several hours.I have contacted Herotel customer support on multiple occasions to complain about the outages, but they have never been able to provide me with a satisfactory explanation.
