Herotel Tshwane shocking service (or lack thereof)

I reported my faulty wifi on Thursday, 13 October 2022, the technician on the line, Chris, undertook to call me back. No call was received and I had to call again on Friday, 14 October 2022. I was told that my ticket has been referred to a technician to attend to a call out. It is now day 3 and I have no wifi and still waiting on Herotel to contact me and or to sort out my problem. When I call them to ask when my issue will be attended to they claim that they cannot say. So now I have to wait until someone decides to attend to the call out! Shocking service! Herotel Tshwane
