Herotel Tshwane not refunding in time

I have been trying to get my refund back from you guys for a month now and there seems to always be an issue then you tell me that its processed and four days later there is still nothing. I have done everything you have asked me to do and still nothing I'm not a happy customer the worst part is that when I spoke to the accounts manager she was not nice at all This is unexceptable
