Herotel the worst service provider ever

Worse Internet provider. Their technicians don't get back to you and only have one available technician for Gauteng and Mpumalanga. They tell me to phone at 8 and I have phoned them 12 time yet no one gets back to me. They can't even get a manager to speak to me. They have me hold for 20min and then just drop my call. They are the worst service provider ever.
