Herotel: The Eskom of ISP's

Herotel Tswane Is probably my biggest disappointment to date! Every time I have no to little connection, I call the support line and after several calls and being the first in line several times the line drop and I am unassisted and very angry since it is not a toll-free line and over 30min of holding to no avail is TOTALY unacceptable!!!!!!!!!! 100MB line supposedly with a download speed of 1mbps.... No communication when there are line faults or connectivity issues NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS I could just as well call a government entity!? My recommendation: Don't make the same mistake I did, stay away!

PS I WILLLLLLL Send an invoice to Herotel for my calls that keep being dropped after holding 20+ Min each (This is costing me money, and business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
