HEROTEL TERRIBLE SERVICE

I Have been disconnected for one full week, all i hear is termenologies like troubleshoot and ticket numbers and wsp..i am utterly disgusted by HEROTEL services and to make matters worse i specifically installed the wifi for work purposes hence i could not work for one week due to their non chalant behavious yet they want their full payment every month ..OVERALL i am so dissapointed and on the verge of changing my service
